These larger Warwick Series ebonised 8.3cm Staunton chess pieces are proving to be just as popular as the smaller 7.6cm version. These larger pieces are also highly detailed and superbly finished in the classic Staunton design, enjoying the same beautiful carvings, especially on the knight. This is because we are supplied by the same chess workshop that produces some of the world's finest handcrafted chessmen.
These lovely chessmen are deserving of an equally exceptional chessboard, and so we have chosen the stunning 45cm walnut and maple chessboard, created by the prestigious Rechapados Ferrer in Spain. The high-quality veneers, expertise and method used ensure that each and every board is of the highest quality. This combination creates a classic and traditional chess set that is timeless and will give a lifetime of enjoyment.
