The Trend Varijig System Straight Guide is a precision routing guide designed to extend your straight-line routing capacity up to a maximum working length of 2540mm (100 inches). Constructed from two 56-inch alloy extrusions joined by a connecting block, the system breaks down into shorter sections for straightforward transport and storage. One extrusion features a dual metric/imperial scale, making it practical for carpenters and joiners working across both measurement systems. The two included sliding clamps travel freely along each extrusion and can be positioned to suit the workpiece. An adjustable friction washer on each clamp prevents unwanted movement during setup, ensuring the guide stays exactly where you need it. Maximum material clamp thickness is 32mm.
