Its infinitely adjustable sliding plates and stops make it equally suited to standard locks and latches as well as obscure or non-standard sized locks. The jig is engraved on the underside with markings for common UK door widths of 35mm, 40mm, 44mm, and 54mm, allowing fast and accurate set-up on site. It is designed for use with a ½in capacity router fitted with an 80mm plunge capacity, a 30mm guidebush, and a 12mm cutter. With its adaptable sliding plate and stop adjustments, the jig is also compatible with different guidebush diameters and straight cutters, making it suitable for general mortice work across a range of construction projects.
