Personalisation:
Pewter label on the bottle, you can have 120 characters over 4 lines (30 characters per line including spaces.)
Champagne flutes, you can add a number in the wreath design and a separate message on each of the flutes. 3 lines, 60 characters, 20 per line.

You can also purchase a greetings card for a little extra in the personalisation fields, which will be a bespoke A5 sized card, folded in half and printed with your message on one of the inner sides. A white envelope will also be sent.
