It is ideal for staff welcome packs, client gifts, company events, conferences, Christmas gifting or giving your team a smart place to organise appointments, meetings and daily tasks. Add an employee name, job title, department, company slogan or short message to make each diary more personal.

Every diary is personalised and finished in our UK workshop.

A5 diary - £21.99

Approximately H21 x W15 x D1.6cm. A compact size for carrying between home, work, meetings and appointments.

A4 diary - £25.99

Approximately H30.5 x W21.5 x D2cm. Upgrade for an additional £4 and enjoy more room for appointments, projects, meetings and daily notes.

Your logo and wording are printed exactly as supplied. Please check all spelling carefully before ordering.

Logo file and print quality

PNG and SVG files give the best results.

A PNG file with a transparent background removes the background around your logo, helping it sit cleanly on the blue diary cover. An SVG file is especially useful because it can be resized and prepared for print without losing quality.

We can also accept JPEG and PDF files, but low-resolution images, screenshots and small social-media files may not print sharply enough.

If your file is not suitable for print, we can offer a logo redraw service for £15. We send the artwork to a specialist designer, who redraws your logo into a cleaner file suitable for printing. You will receive the finished file too, so you can keep it for future orders and other uses.

Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your logo is suitable. We print uploaded files as supplied and do not send automatic proofs before production.

Can I add individual staff names?

Yes. Use the two text lines below the logo for a name, role, department, slogan or short message, within the stated character limits.

What logo file should I upload?

A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background or an SVG file will usually give the best print result.

Can you improve my low-resolution logo?

Yes. If your logo is too small, blurry or unsuitable for printing, we can arrange for it to be professionally redrawn for £15. The finished file will be supplied to you for future use.

Will you send a proof before printing?

No. We print your uploaded file exactly as supplied. Contact us before ordering if you would like advice on the suitability of your logo.

Does the diary have a page for every day?

Monday to Friday each have a full page. Saturday and Sunday each have half a page.

Can I order more than one diary?

Yes. Contact us for a quote if you require a larger quantity for staff, clients or an event.
