Kiln Dried Logs

Experience the best in firewood with Walker's Kiln Dried Logs, available exclusively at Boma Garden Centre. These beautifully kiln-dried firewood logs, measuring approximately 9 inches, are the epitome of quality and efficiency. Our top tip for firewood buyers is to avoid purchasing by weight, as wet logs are significantly heavier than dry ones. With Walker's Logs, this concern is eliminated as our logs are guaranteed to be bone dry, ensuring you never struggle with damp wood again.
We take pride in our sustainable approach to sourcing our wood. Each log comes from local woodlands, reflecting our commitment to environmental responsibility and community support. After sourcing, we meticulously cut, dry, and package the logs ourselves, ensuring the highest quality and care at every stage.
What sets our logs apart is our unique drying process. Our kilns are powered by wood chips, and the wood waste produced as a byproduct of the logging process is used to dry your logs. This method not only maximises resource efficiency but also avoids the use of harmful oil-fired boilers, making our logs an eco-friendly choice for your fire needs.
Walker's Kiln Dried Logs are perfect for all types of fires, whether you're cosy by the fireplace or enjoying an outdoor fire pit. Their consistent dryness and ideal size make them a reliable and convenient choice for a seamless fire-building experience.
